"providing living proof of a loving God to a wounded and waiting world

Who We Are

At Christ Care Church, we recognize that the essence of the church is our relationship with God through Jesus Christ, and our relationships with brothers and sisters in Christ. Jesus stated in Matthew 22:37-40: "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and all your mind.  This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it - Love your neighbor as yourself. All the Law and Prophets hang on these two commandments."

By the power of the Lord, who is with us always, we will be disciples and make disciples of Jesus Christ, learning and teaching obedience to all that He has commanded. Matthew 28:18-20 states: "Then Jesus came to them and said, all authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.

We believe we are all to use the gifts God has given us to be a continually maturing body, equipping each member to do his part as we grow together in our unity and knowledge of the Son of God, until we attain to the fullness of Christ. Ephesians 4:11-16 states: "It was He who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers, to prepare God's people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of hte Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ."

To this end, we wil covenant together to continually devote ourselves to biblical teaching, to fellowship, and to te breaking of bread, and to prayer.  (Acts. 2:42).
